Not sure what Nashville has to offer? Here are a few examples of popular trips we’ve helped groups get to:
Recommended stops: Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum -> Ryman Auditorium -> Barbecue -> Bar hopping
There’s nothing quite like downtown Nashville. With unique restaurants and phenomenal live music, there’s a reason we get so many requests from groups of all kinds.
A group of 16 young women were celebrating their friend’s upcoming wedding with an unforgettable bachelorette party during the springtime. As lovers of country music, they knew they had to explore their hometown of Nashville, so they called Nashville Charter Bus Company.
They decided to stay downtown and visit some of Nashville’s top attractions. Starting off at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, they rented an 18-passenger minibus for their 16-person group to then transport them to Ryman Auditorium, a late lunch at a local barbecue restaurant, and then an evening of bar hopping.
Because this will be an all-day event, they are charged a daily rate for their minibus rental.
Cost per person: $66.25
Hip and Cool East Nash
Recommended stops: Grand Opryland Hotel -> East Nashville Brew Works -> The 5 Spot
A group of 20 business professionals were in Nashville attending a corporate event. We helped them arrange a 20-passenger minibus rental for their event, and they decided they wanted to take their bus rental out after a long day of work. They all heard of the up-and-coming East Nash neighborhood, and wanted to check out the local beer and music.
After their event ended around 4 p.m., they were dropped off at the Grand Opryland Hotel, where they’re staying, to recuperate and prepare for their night out. At 5:30 p.m., they were picked up and dropped off at East Nashville Brew Works. Afterwards, they head to The 5 Spot for food, more drinks, and a night of live music.
Since the group is using their bus rental for their all-day event and the night out, they are charged a daily rate.
Cost per person: $52.50
The Educational Tour
Recommended stops: Tennessee State Capitol -> Tennessee State Museum -> Bicentennial State Park
A local elementary school located near the suburbs of Nashville contacted us to a arrange a bus rental to accomodate their group of 43 students and 3 chaperones for a Nashville-based field trip. They plan to visit the Tennessee State Capitol, followed by a tour at the Tennessee State Museum, and then lunch and relaxation at Bicentennial State Park before they head back to school.
They rented a full-sized 56-passenger charter bus rental to accommodate their large group and any carry-on luggage. They also requested a bus with TVs and DVD players to keep children entertained and an on-board restroom to avoid any restroom stops. They ended up being charged an hourly rate for the 6 hours they used the bus.
Cost per person: $16.96
